Live monthly session

The Kickstart Roadmap

A live session at Build It Once about what it takes to get a service business set up properly: what it costs in the first year, and what order to do the work in.

What it covers

The Kickstart Roadmap covers the real cost of setting up a service business properly in the first year, and the order to do the work in so the pieces build on each other. It's taught live, in person, once a month at Build It Once, and it's built for people doing this solo.

Bring your numbers and your questions. The session leaves room for both.

Who it's for

The Kickstart Roadmap is for people running a service business on their own, or about to start one: consultants, advisors, practitioners, and trades. If you're deciding what to spend money on in year one and what order to do things in, the session was planned around exactly those two questions.

Who it's not for

The Kickstart Roadmap isn't for teams, agencies past the solo stage, or product companies; the numbers and sequencing are specific to solo service businesses. It isn't a sales seminar in disguise either: if membership comes up at all, it comes up at the end, and it's brief.

Date and location

There's no session date on the calendar right now. The Kickstart Roadmap runs monthly at Build It Once, Unit B 1827 Albert Street in Regina, and the next date will be posted here as soon as it's set. Join the waitlist below and we'll email you as soon as registration opens.

Four quick fields and you're done. The stage question isn't a filter; it just helps tailor the session to whoever's in the room. Whether you're pre-launch or a few years in, if you run a solo service business, you're in the right place.

We'll email you as soon as the next date is set.

Rather just talk it through?

If your questions are specific to your situation, a conversation gets you further than a group session. Book a call and ask anything about membership or whether the timing makes sense. If you can't make a live date at all, the recorded presentation covers the core material.
